The model sitting at the top is a scale replica of the Jerusalem neighborhood in which I live, and the tree is a six decade old juniper from the Jerusalem Botanical Garden collection. Resting atop this symbol of humanity’s attempt at bringing the spirit of nature into the home, is my home.
